Splash Down
Jog, hop, twist, and splash! We really get moving to the
music – and keep moving. The class includes a great
cardiovascular workout, followed by toning and stretching
exercises. Splash Down is recommended for residents who
feel comfortable working at moderate intensity levels. (45

Water Works
This class uses the water’s buoyancy and resistance
to help improve cardiovascular and muscular fitness. The
class includes walking, toning, and stretching exercises.
Water Works is for any resident, but is most beneficial
for someone who has difficulty (pain or instability) walking
outside of the water. The water works as a therapeutic
massage for your joints and muscles, you’ll leave
feeling great! (45 min)
